I would argue that yes it is a good thing, for SOME people. And MissFit believe me, the feeling you get is definitely aggression and not something else.
I took PlasmaJet by gaspari (please don't lynch me) a long time ago before i was supp educated.
This is a completely unrelated product, but bear with me.
One of the effects of that supp was aggression. At the time it was kinda scary in a way, but now i sometimes wouldnt mind having that feeling again for select sets i do in the gym.
It is very difficult feeling to try and explain, but imagine that you have just psyched yourself up for a set of mind blowingly heavy, bar bending, vein bulging squats/deads, benches or whatever your "beast" exercise is, and you have that real personal beef with the weights and somehow manage the extra rep you would have bet money on not making.
The aggression experienced is somewhat like that, on a slightly less intense level, but on tap 24/7. So if your taking something that has this effect you have to be very careful not to bite anyones head of so to speak when they ask you where the salt is at dinner. It can be controlled though.
So good and bad things, but it Can make for a hell of a workout.
Train how you plan to race.
