I have recently started to go back to the gym and need a new training program.
I have a back injury, I saw my specialist today and basically I need implants in my spine which act like a tens machine...I can control the pain via a remote, i charge the batteries against my body...crazy stuff...
Anyway I need low impact exercises as my injury is L1-L5 lumbar region.
I would like to lose a bit of weight and tone up! realllllllly tone up and get definition!
Please help!
