im an at home trainer and i dont actually have a bench press rest/stand (not quite sure what there called).
been doin DB presses for a good while and started doin BB presses recently...but the problem is i have to pick the barbell up(weighted) sit down with it on the bench and then start pressing. This is OBVIOUSLY affecting the amount i can press in a BIG WAY.
so i got 2 questions, whats your opinions on DB presses to BB presses.
and does anyone know where i can get the barbell bench rest alone. as i already have a FID bench.
any help would be appreciated.
