Our gym has a power plate which i could almost always use if I wanted.
I'm wondering if it has any uses whatsover?
So far I have found its great for stretching my hip flexors (which I'm doing regularly with hamstrings to eventually literally squat ATG), but I was wondering whether it had any uses as a "finisher" at the end of workouts to gorge the target muscle with blood as its supposed to enhance blood flow.
I was thinking maybe elevated heel push ups, DB rows etc.
