biceps killing me. However i think i'll need to change some of the info in this sticky. Not all the info is from intensemuscle.com. I would prefer to get it all from there.
Mr myoglobin - you train DC?

Yes union, I train DC style, not exclusively, but most months of the year, but am far from "expert" on the matter, intensemuscle is the best plave to get all the info on it, and like i said I have a cpl of dvds from justen harris and jason wojo which enforce the "correct" way of DC, to get the most out of it u wanna follow the program to the tee, and dont mix styles ;)

because doing back exercises like chins, pull-ups, rows and pull-downs do your biceps so it's almost like your over training in them IMO.

Also as DC states i think after doing something for so long you get used to it and don't like change and i've just always done back with bi's.

But everything else to do with his training i love and makes sense to me:D

    Whoa,
I have been heavily reading through this forum the past few days (since joining) and found this regime yesterday prior to my workout... sheesh i haven't been as sore as this in about a year, it seems hard to believe it was from only one real working set... and the way it's structured, really takes out half of your entire body from one days work.

Although i've got one question for you veteran DC trainers... wouldn't working your biceps on leg day only give them 2-3 days recovery till you work lats (an excersize where one would be recruiting biceps quite heavily) and therefore not giving them enough time to rebuild?

Thats true mate, but even if your training the "traditonal" methods theyll still get hit inderictly also, plus remember you can minimise or maximise bicep use with different grips :D

Just started dc training after reading the post here union, and purchased dantes Trudels dc training dvd and gotta say, there is some very diffrent principles, And it certainly requires lots of intensity to get the most out of the one set. The stretching /and static contractions could be something my tired ass body needs and the 3 day spilt is going to suit my lifestyle for a little while.

I tried it before, but found my motivation was not up to scratch at that point in time. Its not something that you take likely, its hard shit.
