...or find a new doctor. TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is the way to go. If you health is OK, nothing reducing your natural testost potential at your age level, then the only way to go is TRT. The herbal and over the counter testo products may help, over time, to get your levels back to their highest for your body but, as you get over 40ish, give or take, those "normal" levels are usually too low. The natural supps will not make you produce or use more testo than you can make. There is no "normal" testo level. There is an "average" for a given age group. Some men can have comparetively high testo levels for their age but still suffer low testo symptoms.
A couple of members on this forum are using or have used TRT so ask away if you have any questions. In my humble opinion, I would say that most over 40's depression issues are related to low testo levels. Not to mention physical changes such as loss of muscle mass, increased fat retention and lower stamina. And, of course, sex drive, though I think that is probably less important than the others. If you fix those, the old fella will respond.
