Yeah i've noticed this a bit too, i think you might be right in needing to take them a bit earlier before the workout. will try it next time.One thing I have noticed, or it maybe in my mind, is that it's taking longer for the tablets to kick in. I take them about 15 minutes before the workout and for the first few nights I'd get an itchy feeling from the beta-alanine, strangely enough the "itch" was confined to my upper back. I noticed it last night about 40 minutes into my workout.
