Double T sports NO-BETA test by TheFosta

Double T-Sports NO-Beta Bulging Biceps Contest!

(firstly I want to apologise for the lateness of the review)

    1. How many tablets of NO-Beta used

2 tabs with preworkout shake, and another 4 tabs 10 min before starting the challenge. They're quite chunky tablets. I got the first two with my PWO shake down without a problem, but the 4 when I was halfway through my workout were difficult.

    2. The exercises performed AND 3. How much weight used

Warm up - 10 min walk on treadmill, then I did my usual back exercises, which also work the biceps. then some very light DB curls

Barbell curl – I had significantly reduced the weight I usually use for all exercises. My gym has barbells measured in imperial units not metric. I started with 14x 50lb, on the second set I was knackered so I reduced the weight to 40lb. When it came time for the third set, I was really struggling, and had to reduce again to 30lb. I did the sqeeze at the top, although this didn't seem to do much for me.

DB curls – Started with 25lb, once again I didn't reduce the weight enough, and had to drop it in subsequent sets to 20lb then 15lb. Bloody hard work.

Preacher curls (not on a machine though...) - Finally I got back to the metric system! I don't know how much a preacher curl bar weighs, I keep track of the amount of weight I add to the bar each workout instead of the total weight. I started with 2x 10kg plates, but for sets 2 and 3 thisd was reduced to 2x5kg.

    4. Details about how your biceps felt during the sets of the workout.

Sore. Felt and looked bigger than usual when I do bicep work, however I don't do low weight high reps, therefore I can't attribute the pump and/or other workout feelings to either the NO-BETA or the workout itself. If I absolutely had to attribute it to one or the other, I'd pick the workout.

    5. Details about how you felt using a stimulant FREE pre-workout NO booster

I was feeling somewhat tired before I took my last 4 tablets before the test. they picked my up a little bit, but not very much. They didn't seem to have as good of an effect on me as my usual 'angry man powders'

    6. Details about how your biceps felt in the end

like they wanted to punch me in the face for putting them through hell, but felt too weak to do me any damage.
They were larger and a lot harder. I didn't see an increase in vein-y-ness (looks like I may have invented a new word!)

    7. Rate the workout and NO-Beta on a scale of 1 to 10 with a combined overall rating

    4/10
It didn't seem to have the effect on me that most other products of similar purpose do.

A big thankyou to Supp Direct for supplying this product for me and other SM members to test.

Why do a back workout before it? That would have fatigued you shitloads and reduced the intensity of the bicep challenge. Good man for posting it up
