    Double-T Sports Log - Jaiman

I'll be maintaining a log of my training while using NO-BETA by Double-T Sports. Provided by supplements direct.

I will be training a 2 week split, as time is restricted at the moment, and I want every workout to be balls to the wall especially while documenting my use with this supplement.

It should look something like this: week 1
    Monday- night
    Wednesday-noon
    Thursday-noon

    Week 2:
    Monday-night
    Wednesday-noon
    Thursday-noon

I believe I would work better in this split instead of rushing all the bodyparts through 3 days. LET THE GAMES BEGIN!

    Wednesday: Triceps/Biceps

    Triceps:
    Pushdowns 3x12-15 (100lbs,110lbs,110lbs)
    Overhead DB crushers 3x12-15(35lbs)
    Rope extension 3x12 (60lbs,70lbs,80lbs)
    Close grip bench 3x8 (30kg,35kg,35kg)

    Biceps:
    Cable curl 3x12-15 (?)
    Preacher Ez bar 3x12 (10kg)
    Alternating DB curls 3x12-15 (35lbs)
Cable curl 1x30+ (50lbs) grip change every 7 reps

    NO-BETA Tabs used: 5

Arms felt amazing through this workout, muscles were firing especially forearms. They looked bloody full! I could see veins pooping out and the pump was just... well.. Massive.
Very happy with the intensity, focus &appearance.

    Over & out.

Edit: 2:30pm (2 hours after workout) I was walking to work, I felt alive! This hasn't happened in over a year. My mind was clear and fresh. Only thing that I changed was taking this supplement. Hmmm. Feels good

    Monday2-EXPERIMENTAL Back

So I read cable rows by Lyle McDonald. Made a lot of sense, and re-assured me that my training for back is fine and dandy.
Im going to be switching in every grip possible pretty much. So this is an experimental workout in terms of exercises performed, what works for me and what not.

    Back:
    ---
    Neutral V row:2x12(45,52)
    Under grip(shoulder width):2x12(52,60)
    Overhand grip(shoulder width):2x12(52,60)
    Under(close grip):2x12(67,60)
    Over(close grip):2x12(60,67)
    Wide neutral grip:2x12(60,52)
    BB row(lats):4x12(45kg-30kg)
Repeat above with 37lbs for all exercises. 2x12
    NO-BETA consumed: 5 tablets

Wow! What a focused and intense workout! Let me give you a visual of what it was like.

    *clears throats*
BOOM BOOM BOOM set done, rest, back to it! BooooM BooooM.
Explosive contraction and slow held on the way down.. Wowzer, I was feeling the muscle contracting and pumping and pumping up. Fantastic mind-muscle conection which I hardly get! It definatley helped that I could feel the pump, and focus on that
    Exact spot.

My forearms were blazing! And I mean ON FIRE! Im pretty sure the CFA called a Code Red!
This supplement not only gave me everything I need with my workout, it gave me the pump and appearance that keeps me going to achieve that goal.

    10.1/10

    Tuesday BONUS! delts/traps/lower back

Have some time to gym it. Finished watching my 2012 enigma video, and kai greene's back workout with DY, let's get to it!

    Deltoids:

    DB Press:3x8(20kg-22kg)
    BB OHP:3x6-8(30kg,35kg)
    Lateral raises:3x12
    Front raises:3x12

    Traps:
    DB shrugs:3x12(34kg,30kg,20kg)
    Incline shrugs:1x12(20kg)

    Lower back:
Deadlift(lockout to mid shins, no floor):3x6-8(80kg-85kg)

Calfs: 100reps BW, full ROM and squeeze.
    30-40 reps 300lbs

Lets get serious for a second, or maybe a whole workout! That's what it was, serious, focused, pumped, just getting that weight to the place it should be with great contractions!
Fantastic strength and feeling... pushed through this with easeee! If there was pain, I made it more painful.
The most pump I got, was in my lower back! Crickey..insane.

To be truthfull, I have never encountered the effects I have with this NO-BETA.

I have a mass pain in my neck & shoulder when I do any shoulder or chest. It really is crap that I can't work to full capacity. But I still try kill it. I noticed my right shoulder, neck which is the side effected is considerably weaker. Struggles with cable side raises when the left does it with ease.

    DB incline: 4x8(15,17.5,20,22.5)
    DB incline flye: 2x8 (17.5)
Clavicle was killing for flyes, so I gave it a miss..

I was so in the zone.. I don't even know what I did. Haha, but I did, a lot of hammer curls, curls, cable curls with every angle imagined..

I went for a swim in this amazing hotel pool! And spa! It was the most amazing workout and relaxation period of my life. I grunted while lifting, sang(or tried), pumped myself up through the music and pushed through these massive supersets.

I took 5 tabs for chest workout, had a massive breakfast! And then another 2 tablets of NO-BETA and went intense as never before. Im so happy. I was posing in the mirrors and the pump was astonishing. This supp is plain amazing.

When I had shoulder pain I went to the doctor then got a referral to get an ultrasound done on it. After the ultrasound, which showed something, I was sent to a surgeon who said I needed surgery to fix the problem. Had the operation and while it's been a lot better, it's not 100%. I used to be in a lot of pain, now I don't get much at all. For me is was worth getting done.

Or you could go to an osteopath and get it looked at. That may cost you about $80.

Looks like you're enjoying the NO-Beta as well and getting good results from it. Keep up the good work.

    Cheers mate.

My osteo says its from being hunched, and the muscles which are supposed to be main are tightened up and the secondary assisting muscles are the primary.

It runs down to my ?supraspinatus?? Not sure if that's the right muscle. But my lat area.

Correcting my posture makes it hurt more

Haha, I am starting my calorie in-calorie out "diet" today.

Aiming for 2400 cals a day.

Breakfast consisted of 431 cals and I wasn't even cutting anything out.
