    NO BETA feedback:

8 tablets taken as I arrived at the gym (7:00pm) 30mins after fat burner, creatine, BCAA's & Glutamine (& watermelon) (6 1st thing in the morning)

CRAZY pump action today, really filled the arms up quickly, actually had trouble near the end contracting tris due to the pump. great strength and vascularity.

Arms very VERY veiny and pumping, Tris so full it was effecting the bench moves, I Love this stuff!!

    Mental:
Looking to work fast and hard. succeded!
    Strength:
Pumping out the reps. I was definatley working at about 98% max on the lasts sets, which was taken to failure at 6-8 reps on the last sets of each body part. Dips were hopeless, nothing in the arms but major pump.
    Energy:
No issues during or ion hours after, very happy with my efforts.
    Mirror:
Looking very very vascular in arms and upper chest, neck
    Misc:
Bis & back tomorrow 5:30am, hope my tris can recover well.
    rate:
9/10 great impact, made a big influence on my mental approach and training capacity.no wholefood on board and no carbs
    mood:
    great
    Food:
as above - OP (PWO is half a chook and 500g steamed brocolli)
    later:
60 mins after workout, felt great, no uneasiness or any relevant feelings whatsoever, ate 9pm meal which settled well.

Arms are still very pumped and vascular right now 2 hours pwo, really pleased with NO beta, looking forward to next workout, will be interesting to see how it goes after another week or two usually about 3 weeks is my max effect from PRE WO supps, stim or stim free.

Random addition: 30 weeks out from competiton, current wieght is 91.7kgs.

    Day 21/30

Shoulders Pyramids with approx 80% for reps no rest (10-20 sec)

    6:30pm

    Mil press in smith 50 x 6,8,10,15,20,25
Arnolds 25's x 6,8,10,15,20,25 (drop to 20's for this set)
side raises on incline with 10's 8,10,12,15,20,25
reardelts on incline bench 15's 8,12,18,20,25
    front raises 10's 8,12,18,20
    upright rows 75lbs 6,8,10,15,20

Very pumped an solid throughout, back to maximum sweating, maybe due to the time of evening, but still smashed the workout, worked pretty fast (35-40 mins total ) with minimum rest, i actually accelrated towards the end, and really felt the tingles and pump when doing the delt work with raises. NO Beta effect is definatley increased, much more noticable now that carbs have decreased. Even during my sessions with clients in the mornings i am looking vascular and feeling 'energised' without a workout. 10 days to go to complete first round.

Cycle interval 20 mins 3 mins on 1 min recov

Smashed it out of the par!, fatigue arrived just at the last giant set of pullovers and rows.

NO Beta taken on an empty stomach, today had a black coffee with it. made a massive difference to my training!

Actually felt my back and shoulders pumped up, usually I just get fatigued and doms from this workout. this one KO'd me got home, had a shake and planned to go for a long bike ride.. 3 hours later I woke up on the couch.

Solid volume and numbers in here!

I don't think there is anything wrong with a nap after traiing. As long you have had adequate pwo nutrition, go for it!

Plus, you did do 20 mins cycling anways :)
