Tried the toilet paper, used way to much and spectacularly spat out a whole bunch of fat burner.

The stuff is just as nasty on the way out haha.

For those doing the toilet paper thing.....does that mean that when you then have to go to the toilet you don't need to wipe your bum afterwards cause the paper does the job on its way out?? :)

    Your mum likes teabaging :p

LoL at this discussion about parachuting, I've only encountered this as a method to consume illicit drugs, usually with 1/2 a tally-ho instead of TP.
I just saw my parents having sex, that's the last time I visit that website.

Not much discussion on this guys, how is everyone going with it?

I must say, this last week I dropped a tonne of bodyfat, so I would definitely say this stuff is the goods!

Once it's in capsule form, it will be a sure winner.

I stopped for this week for 2 reasons.

1 - I am carbo loading for next weekend
2 - I want the caffeine hit to be stronger on race day when I take my next dose.

I am not in the trial but on one dose a day I seem to be eating huge amounts of food and still maintaining weight (99.8kg again today). Will be going back to 2 pwer day and a deficit for 1 month next week.

Is your diet in order? This or any other fat burner won't make up for lack of good nutrition.

Two weeks is nothing after what Ive been through recently.
My diet isnt great as it has to work to a mega budget but its 100% on what it was. There are very little processed foods and no refined carbs in my diet at the moment. I reckon the main problem is Im not really eating enough.
And yeah i agree with you re. diet etc.

Ive been emailing Ben and the last 2-3 weeks have been a write-off for me with work stress, personal life and holidays so I will be resuming my batch upon my return and will take a few extra weeks at the official end of the trial to continue the trial and get the most out of the supplement.

I believe it has aided me with slight fat loss and whilst I have not been taking the fatburner for the past week and a bit (because I don't have it with me on the trip - long story) I have been keeping up my exercise and watching what I eat. Have been indulging in red wine though which is very reasonable in my opinion for a holiday lol!

Anyways its great to see that everyone is getting results and I hope that I can get the same sort of results myself by the end of the batch. I don't even think I am halfway through so I am going to up the dosages when I start up again on Monday.

    My experience

    Hi guys,

I was one of the participants in this trial. Just finished this morning... Thought i'd post up some results / expericences.

    Background:
    - weightlifting experience >12months
    - Previous 'cuts' 83kg down to 76kg, september 2009 to december 2009.
    - maintained @ 76kg until starting this trial.

    Trial Start:
    - My Stats at the start of the trial were 76.7kgs , 15%bf and waist measurment of 85cm.
    - My goal for the trial was to get down to single figure bf %, before starting my first ever bulk.

    side effects / experiences:
    - As has already been said, tastes like utter cr@p. You get used to it though after a couple of weeks. I used the "minimal liquid, take it like the worst shot ever" method.
    - start of the trial the sup messed around with my guts really bad. Really bad gas and stomach pains. This passed after the first week however.
    - a couple of weeks into the trial i felt no side effects what-soever, so i started upping the dose. Eventually got to the stage where i was taking 2 heaped tea spoons a day. at this point i started experiencing light headedness, heart palpitations , diziness and general cr@p feeling. So i stopped taking it for a couple of days and then went back to normal teaspoons. Never had the issues again.
    - The rest of the trial went really well, no side effects at all.

    Results:
    - my trial lasted 10 weeks.
    - this morning i acheived the following: 73.0kgs, 8.5 % bf 80cm waist.
    - therefore losses of 3.7kgs, 6.5% bf and 5cm off waist.

    Conclusion:
I was really happy with the sup. It's a worthwile Assistant to weight loss. It allowed my to keep my calorie intake up to a certain extent while still losing bf%. I was doing plenty of cardio and my calorie were in a deficit. However the i found that with the addition of the sup i didn't have to have so bigger deficit as to cause muscle loss.
I would reccomend it to anyone on a similar position to me. Don't take over the recommended dose though!

Thanks to Ben (bioflex) for the opportunity to take part in this trial. I am very pleased with my results!

Please if anyone has questions about my experiences, feel free to PM me.

I have not been taking the fatburner for a few weeks now. I am somewhat embarrassed by my withdrawal.

Under the guidance of my doctor, naturopath and massage therapist I have been advised to stop taking it for personal reasons therefore I withdraw from the trial.

My partner was supportive of this move as he thought that it was causing me mental instability and was concerned. He has even thrown the packet out.

i agree with my doctor and my partner - whilst I was taking the fatburner i experienced more ups and downs with my emotions and felt that as the weeks went on it was affecting me. i confided in some friends who also took various fatburners and they also described the affects of feeling on a high and then coming down on a severe low. it was starting to freak me out.

i also dont feel i was doing the trial justice with my training and eating. i wasn't doing any weight training and also i could have controlled my diet better. i have lost minimal weight and am currently not too fussed with losing as I am quite focussed on my running program at the moment. perhaps I was not the best candidate for this trial to begin with, even though you wanted a good cross-section of people.

you probably all think i am soft but i am just doing what is best for me.

i am feeling much better lately.
