    parachuting you get a square of tissue paper (even toilet paper), you may even be able to quater it, you put your supp in , lift up the corners give it a quick twist, then in the mouth and wash down with water. of course it has to be small enough to swallow.

    Im with you GB, Im still caught up on the "but it's TOILET PAPER" grossness. I need someone to sell me a roll of the same product marketed as "medical grade edible cooking paper" then I would be fine.
