Have seriously noticed it, am loosing bodyfat faster than I was before. Like I said in a previous post, I lost an additional 400 grams in a week compared to my normal loss. Same diet, same cardio and training.
If you feel ok on your current dosage, up it slightly then re-asses.

Just started this yesterday as part of the trial. I understand the quirks you guys are having with the taste hahaha. Its pretty bad but hopefully results will make up for it.
Hi Guys and Girls, it would be great if we all participants could start a log in a seperate section as it will be much easier to follow results that way.
In terms of dosing, it can be increased but only at small increments. If you are tolerating 1/2 a teaspoon fine then go up to 1 teaspoon, but perhaps have a dose of 3/4 first for a day.
Remember this trial will go for between 8 - 12 weeks so there is plenty of time to reap the rewards.
The product tastes bad as it ONLY contains active ingredients. There is nothing in this product apart from ingredients that assist fat metabolism, increase metabolic rate, suppress appetite etc
A finished product would likely be capped, however we don't have those facilities yet and I thought it was imperative for the trial that we use only the key ingredients and no fillers.

I need to start again. Took my daughter to hospital Wednesday arvo and ive just got home now (saturday) so the trial and everything else has gone to utter shit.

She is now thanks GB. My son was admitted for one night too lol. What a week from hell but its over now and i can move forward.
Tomorrow ill restart the trial and see how im going.

Just make sure you have logged everything when u were taking it, a summary of your food / body feelings during the few days break, and log now that you are back on it again and it should all be okay.
