No idea but i intend to increase to half a spoon after one week. Just seems like a good increment.

I have been taking a heaped teaspoon once a day, I will start on twice a day next week. I had any difficulty sleeping but I have noticed 2 things - a pronounced drop in my appetite (Ben is there an appetite suppressent in there or is this a placebo effect?) and secondly I have a bit of a craving for sweet flavours in the arvo (I am normally strictly savoury).

At my weight and height would I ever expect to increase to full teaspoon doses?

I have experienced no sleep disturbances, anxiety, appetite decreases/increases or cravings yet.

Ive had lots of sleeplessness but i have family stuff going on, plus uni going back tomorrow so im not making any call as to why.

I am having 2 x heaped TABLESPOONS per day, I have a high tolerance for stims / supps.

Only side effect I have noticed is getting LEANER, seems the product is a hit Ben!

    +1

However, I mentioned in my other thread that when 'life' came up and caused me to lose some sleep - I kept training. Obviously because of the stims (whereas I would normally have had to miss a training session or 2). This lead to me almost falling over last friday and I needed a couple of days to rest and recouperate.

Have you sersiously noticed this Myst? Or do you think it is a mind placebo type thing??

Since I seem to be having a high tolerance to the stimulants in the formula do you think I should up my dosages to full or heaped teaspoons?
