Weight - 127.9, -1.7
Last two weeks I have averaged 1.3, this week 1.7, if anything else I would put this down to Ben's fat burner! Nothing has changed nutritionally, or cardio wise.
As a side note, I have been taking double the recommended dose cause I like abusing my mouth with the taste![]()

Wednesday I did a quarter teaspoon in the morning only.
Thursday I did a half teaspoon in the morning only.
Yesterday (Friday) I did a half teaspoon in the morning and a quarter teaspoon in the arvo.
This morning I took half a teaspoon and this afternoon I will probably just do a quarter at 4pm again but if I sleep fine again I will up the 4pm dose to a half teaspoon. And then after a few days if I am feeling fine still I will change it from 4pm to maybe 5:30pm.
I wanted to start in small increments because that was what I was advised and I didnt want any bad energy/sleep/emotional side effects lol.

I know i dont NEED to lose weight but I would like to, and if I do with this trial I know it may only be small (like 1-2kg) but I definitely think I could get lighter. I would love to be 58kg (my lowest has been 49kg but that was a fair few years ago and I looked TOO thin for my height and wasn't training properly).
I am definitely trying to reduce my carbs for this trial (which is hard considering I am a runner) and upping my cardio (which isnt hard lol).
