Just announcing that I am one of the subjects Ben is testing. I weighed in at 137.4kg this morning, and I will log my weight and experiences as part of my training journal. I will be starting the trial a few days later than the rest of the group, due to the fact that I am currently loading creatine (prior to my strongman comp on 6 March) so with the bloat from this my weight will fluctuate a little.

My rationale behind dropping a few kgs is that I think I will be a little faster in strongman if I am a little lighter. My bodyfat is too high, so I believe I can drop 10-15kg without losing strength, and I will be a better athlete (and healthier human being) for it.

    Stay tuned

    Tim

I am also one of the participants. It is a little trickier with me as I am also looking to drop some muscle mass as part of a total weight overhaul due to some of the daily strain on my herniated back. I will discuss with Bioflex how to interpret these results to represent fat-loss only.

    My stats atm are:

    BF: ~11-13%
    Weight: ~80kg
    Height: 5'6'(167cm)

My goal is to drop down to at least 68kg.

There is one more spot available so if anyone is keen please email me your details to bioflexnutruition(at)gmail.com (replace at with @)

To participate we just need some stats like weight, approx body fat, goals in terms of ideal weight or appearance, training history as well as history with weight loss.
Again, I am putting considerable time into getting this product right and will mentor people thrioughout if needed. I only ask that anyone considering this does so as they have a genuine goal to lose weight, rather than the hope at scoring a free product.

At the moment we have 3 men and 1 woman confirmed. Another woman participating would be fantastic, but otherwise with the men it will be first in best dressed.
Ben is the makeup of this "package" a state secret until after the trial? Are you able to share the ratios etc at this stage?

Take2, it is almost exactkly the same as you can buy from us, however I was holding off untill we get into the results a bit before posting too much info.

There are about 9 people participating, 6 of which are users on the board. I will encourage the others to join up too so we can track everyone's progress.

For those involved, contact by email is your best bet, I will regularly send group emails to stay in touch as well as personal one's when necessary.

I once got taught a method of taking supps like this where you put a spoonfull on your tongue then follow it immediately with the water.

It worked but that supp was more grainy and heavy - so it sat there and then got washed down with next to no .. spreading throughout the mouth. Worked well.

I tried that with this supp for a week but it was much lighter so an accidental bit of breath and it went everywhere.

That is assuming it is the same stuff - I had to make my own from the Bulk NUTRIENTS website. ;)

I hate to admit it, and this may seem inappropriate, but if you look like your avatar you might be at the stage where you need to remove a limb.

I wouldn't expect results before the first week, which is also why I recommend people only weigh themselves once a week.

It may work best for those in the trial to start a thread each so seeing results from person to person doesn't get confusing.
With about 8 people involved throwing figures around here, I'll have no idea what's going on, lol.

    Hi Guys

Have also started on this Monday. Taste is awful! Almost threw it back up...

I have started mixing mine with 20ml of straight low joule cordial, makes it manageable.

I have been dieting for 16 weeks, sitting at 128.5 down from 147.5. My average weekly weight loss has been 1.3kg with a BF% loss of 1%.

Will be interested in seeing if this can aide in my journey!
