Novedex XT: Trial and Blood Tests

    One last thing to do:

I've been trialling Novedex XT for the last few months as I have an ongoing issue with estrogen. Just had bloods done at the end of nearly a three month trial.

    Novedex XT
Dose: 2 caps ED @ night
    Desired result: Estrogen management
    Secondary result: Improved testosterone.

    Baseline blood tests:
    Testosterone: 25 - Range 8.3-29
    SHBG: 40 - Range 11-71
    Estrogen: 215 - Range <160

September 15: follow up blood tests:
    Testosterone: 39 - Range 8.3-29
    SHBG: 40 - Range 11-71
    Estrogen: 106 - Range <160

From those results it would be fair to say that the supplement achieved both desired outcomes when used "long" term at a relatively low dose, although it's promoted as a short term supplement, albeit at higher doses.

    Good health folks.

Yep, a supp that may actually do what it claims it will.

People need to understand that I am not typical of the people here, so my results may not at all be replicated in others who are younger, fitter, etc.

But for me? Seems to be another tool in the anti-estrogen shed.

I know I always ask this but I'm a big fan of attention to detail! -

Were the bloods taken at the same time of morning?

    Nice results.

LOL... c'mon Andy, you should know me by now :)

Yep, tests were done at roughly the same time of the morning. Circumstances for both tests were as similar as is practicable.

I must say; the results shocked me. Although I wouldn't put huge stock in the testosterone numbers given it's me, but the estrogen numbers I think are the telling ones. To effectively reduce estrogen, in my system which is very sensitive to estrogen production, suggest they have a worth at that level alone.

Those results definitely are encouraging... Glad to see its working for you t2!

Are you supplementing with anything else that may have had some effect on those numbers? Or just the Novedex XT (the one by gaspari?)?
Today I will do what you won't so Tomorrow I can do what you can't!

Nothing else that would influence the results. And yes, the Gaspari one.

    They are really encouraging results.

Take2, while I don't want to probe too much can you confirm the original tests were not after cycling any anabolics? In that case your tests levels would have been lower than expected, so a natural rise over time would have been normal.

I was using my normal HRT test of 5% cream.

My "normal" test levels on this cream are around 25-31, so I did say to keep the test levels in context. The more important figure, for me at least, was the estrogen number. I am particularly sensitive to estrogen conversion and to see that level of reduction makes the product worthwhile, regardless of any test improvment.

The tests were done clear of anything, as I hadn't done anything :)

The test levels in the first blood test are roughly what I would have expected, given my HRT protocol. As I posted above, a "normal" range for me is around 25-31. The HRT cream I use is very effective.
