Muscleology Lipoburn
So I have used a few fat burning products quite a while back before I knew anything and got sucked in by the marketing hype (ie. Hydroxycut, Hot Rox, etc.), mixed results, not overly impressed so therefore dubious about any others...
I took the first 2 tabs at about 10:30am, 20min before a breakfast of 4eggs, 1 peice of wholemeal toast, 30g WPC (not exactly a big breakfast, but it was deliberate)... About half an hour later I get the all too familiar 'off' feeling that generally comes with these sorts of products... Not bad per-se, just strange...
2nd meal was at 1pm, pre-workout, consisting of 120g basmatti rice with 150g cooked chicken breast... 20 min later was workout, trained quads and calves, pretty intense workout...
Body temp and heart rate were definitely higher than usual and I worked up more of a sweat than usual, I definitely attribute this to the Lipoburn, so there's 1 plus... Other noticeable effect is that i'm pissing more often than usual, so there's the diuretic side of it working, another plus...
All in all, it's a good product... If you can handle that strange feeling, or if you don't get it at all then it would definitely be a worthwhile addition to a good diet and supp rountine...
It gets a 7/10 from me....
