    Thumbs up Epic 8-Beta Anabol

I've been using this stuff for just over a week now, and I have to say, I think I'm addicted!

In the past, I've been using BSN's Volumaise. However, I have to say 8-Beta kills it.

The 8-Beta mixes well, tastes sensational, does not have any sides, apart from increasing my recovery between sets and increasing my recovery post-workout. Compared to the Volumaise, it's not as syrupy, sweet or "gritty".

I also have to add, and would be interested to see if anyone else has this - it makes my pumps rock hard and longer lasting. (I know - sounds like an ad for viagra...)

I'm pleased to say that I stand corrected when I said it wouldn't beat Volumaise.

If you're not cutting, and are looking for that extra edge during a workout, I can highly recommend this product and will be tossing my Volumaise out...yet another BSN product that didn't stack up, and I've been a fairly strong supporter of some of their products in the past.

Epic 8-Beta Anabol gets my two thumbs up.

Mate, that is the best review i have had for 8-beta and thanks for being honest. i keep trying to tell everyone that i have a range of amazing products and you have just proved it more for me.

Supplement City put a quarter page ad for 8-beta in this issue of iron man.

Go to all your local gym and stores and DEMAND THEY STOCK IT!

Mate, I'll be buying another tub of it very shortly and have been sharing it with a few others I train with. Love the taste, and even before mixing it smells like fairy floss!!

I don't know how I'm going to train without it when I start cutting up!!

I heard you have to try it for a while before you reap the effects? Must say I felt no change at all off one sample, although the taste was great.

Like I said, Conor, I've been on it for over a week. I noticed the effects after a couple of days. Prior to that I'd been using BSN's Volumaise. This is a much nicer product. Again, that's my opinion, and I'd like to hear how others have found it.

Yea you may well be right. Could be something you simply have to get a bottle of to reap the full effects!

    Thumbs up

I love this product. I've been using almost ever day for the past month and noticed an improved difference in performance and post workout recovery. Definitely a product I will continue with!

    my review

finally after 2-3 weeks of been away from the gym to some serious flu and other shit i went through i started gym yesterday,

on my first day back,i finally decided to give 4-nitric,8-anabol and elevate atp a trial,

i will stick purely to 8-anabol for this post,

with all honesty, theres not much i can really say at this moment only because im using 4-nitric its a bit hard to judge any effects of this product during training,

i can say though, this product certainly keeps me more hydrated than water, usually i get really thirsty when just sipping on water,

as for taste,it tastes great,i much preffer this over gatorade, considering it also has better benefits than gatorade,

one thing i noticed,as doc mentioned recovery is pretty quick,i guess thats the valid key point of this product and so far the most noticable thing about it,

conclusion,if you are looking for an awesome pump and recovery, then stacking 4-nitric and 8-anabol is a prime combination, highly reccomended,

also, same results from the 2 other samplers i offered it to,

    again,good stuff perfect body.

    Thanks mate.

This is an amazing product and it is my favorite tasting supplement hands down. Anyone looking to put on some size should take this and stack it with 4-Nitro. You cannot go wrong!

As I'm going into my cutting phase, I've tried to continue use of 8-Beta without the "glucose effect" cutting into my cardio. I've been playing around with the timing of 8-Beta while cutting and have found a great combo.

I take my 4-Nitro about 30 mins before gym, with my tribulus and 200mg of R-ALA. While driving to the gym, I drink a serve of 8-Beta, the whole lot. The pumps over the last 2 days have been incredible! Furthermore, as I like to do cardio post-weights, I have exhausted the sugars from the 8-Beta by the time I come to do my fat burn. To me this seems to be a winning combo, but would like to hear from others about instinctive ways they've been using these products and the effects they've noticed.

I will post my review of 8-BA while I can remember and post more later if I notice anything as time passes.

Had my first try tonight and probably had the most intense workout ever.

I mixed the sachet with the max recommended water (around 360ml) and even then it was too sweet for me. I don't like overly sweet drinks during workouts but as it's a sipper, it wasn't a real negative. Besides the sweetness I absolutely love the taste (island fruit punch). Tastes mostly of cherry which is one of my favourite flavours and I'd buy it for the flavour alone it's so delicious. It mixes like a dream too.

I was doing arms tonight and went for more weight than usual to see how the 8-BA would cope and the longer the workout, the more I felt the pump. When I was finished it felt like my arms had been pumped full of cement.

    Very nice Epic, I like.

Edit: OK so I noticed a couple more things after I wrote this review. I had more stamina than usual on my run about 30 mins after working out and considering how intense the workout was, I found this remarkable. I also had the worst DOMS ever which i put down to the weight and intensity.

This definitely goes on my list of products to get wehn I can afford it.

nick, have you noticed that the sample pack tastes different to the original tubs?

i find that the tubs tastes a shitload better, not saying the sample is shit, but it obviously has a different taste,
