Thyroid boosting/optimization?
Anyone know anything about possible benefits/ways of boosting your thyroid output? Im not sure if its a legitimate thing you can actually make happen? (naturally at least) But technically wouldnt bumping up your thyroid increase overall caloric expenditure fairly significantly?
Im aware that iodine is supposed to be important for optimal thyroid funtion, and some shit about ice baths stimulating it via the symathetic nervouse system or something.
So, anyone tried it or know about other ways of increasing T output?
(or is it a really bad idea?)
