    Thermogenics

    Hey guys,

    I am slowly but surely heading towards my goal bf% and have my diet sorted and thanks to some other forums members in another thread of mine i have changed my workout program which should help even more so.

    I am how ever wanting something to help give me an extra push, so i started researching thermogenics and kept coming back to lipo-6 ( i dont think you can get it here) and hydroxycut hardcore, i was how ever told ALR Industries have a good one that is about as strong as they get called "Poison"

    Has any one heard of this or had an experience im finding it ahrd to find reviews on the ner although i know it is relatively new from what ive found.

    Or are there others you would recomend? or even more so a waste of time?

    also training with a jumper on gives a very thermogenic effect and speeds up the process,

    I have one Poison tablet from ALR Industires, got it last week in a sample pack from ASN. Haven't used it, and being only one tablet I won't get much from it. A Green Tea supplement may help you.

    I tried a few - definitely the best fat burner supp I got was the DIY recipe from Bulk Nutrients.

    Any chance you will be using this any time soon, very intersted to see the effects apparently you should get a feel from the first one. at 99$ for 30 capsuls they are alot more expensive than the hydroxycuts also.

    I have heard good things about 'Poison' by ALR, but never tried it, something i'd consider if i wasn't 80% sure i'd be parting with my hard earned cash for nothing...
    A combo I've been using of late is chromium piccolinate and grean tea extract 3 times daily along side r-ala post workout... I'm liking it a lot so far!

    What does this cost you per day and where did you get the supps from? are there any sideeffects?

    Not exactly sure what the cost per day is, I never even thought to work it out... I bought the supps online from IHerb, 2x250 chromium, 1x 250 Green tea extract, 2x60 r-ala capps ended up being around the $80 mark if memory serves... This will last around 3 months...
    Side effects, nothing really, possibly body temp is up but only very slightly...
    Today I will do what you won't so Tomorrow I can do what you can't!

    Only side affect was that it was a bit harsh on the taste buds and the stomach - it is in powder form.

    What sort of loses could i expect from this? at 23-24%bf is it worth taking or not?

    Ye thanks for the link i checked it out yesterday and called up about it, can you mix this with theri flavourings? do you mix with milk or water?

    This is definitely one of those supps that you take because it is effective, despite the taste. I put a teaspoon full in a glass with just enough water to disolve. (About 5mm or so in the glass) then down it like a shot and then drink a good supply of water to get it down.

    Sometimes it can upset your stomach so I may have half a glass of milk afterward but otherwise - I try not to eat\train for 30 minutes.

    in my opnion it should be the last thing you should be worried about, their benefit is slight if any, and its usually the people with low body fat that seem to get the best results from these things.

    my advice, diet, training and try and walk an extra 5000 steps a day on top of everything your doing
