Sometimes it can upset your stomach so I may have half a glass of milk afterward but otherwise - I try not to eat\train for 30 minutes.
Would it not be better to ahve on full stomach to stop that side effect or is there a reason to using on empty stomach?

my advice, diet, training and try and walk an extra 5000 steps a day on top of everything your doing
Yes that is what i have heard also. In regards to my diet and training i have them both well under control and training flat out now 3 days cardio 2 lifting using OVT program i just wanted that extra edge thats all. Thanks for that help and support guys
