Sometimes it can upset your stomach so I may have half a glass of milk afterward but otherwise - I try not to eat\train for 30 minutes.
Would it not be better to ahve on full stomach to stop that side effect or is there a reason to using on empty stomach?

All the FB supps I have taken before said to take on an empty stomach so I did likewise.

Certainly taking anythign with food will slow down the absorption\digection process and therefore leak the supps into your system. You still get it all but not sure how that affects the benefits.

I tend to echo this mate...
The combination I spoke of will help give your metabolism a kick in the arse and also help to regulate blood sugar and insulin... There really isn't any miricle supp that will make the fat fall off, only quality diet and training will do that... I honestly think you will be disappointed in any supp you buy at this stage if you have high hopes for them, not only that but I'd hate to think that you'd be accrediting your losses to the supp and not to your own discipline and hard work...
    Good luck with it though!
Good to see you have both of those sorted, and good luck with it...
Today I will do what you won't so Tomorrow I can do what you can't!

I've been using a combination of Lipo 6 and Hydroxy Hardcore for the past 2 months with really good results. I've not mixed and matched, just depending on what I could get at the time.
Combining them with Carb Bloc tablets and heaps of cardio getting me good results.
When my current batch of Hydroxy runs out, I am going on to Lipo 100 by Body Attack (German). The main difference between all 3 of these thermo / fat burners is the time you take them :

    1) Lipo 6 - take 3 in morning and 3 at lunch.
    2) Hydroxycut Hardcore - take 3, 45 mins before your biggest two meals.
    3) Lipo 1 - take 3, 45 before your work out.

Would you say so far all much the muchness or are the losses all the same or similar but one has worse side effects?

My personal opinion is while they help, they are not a subsitute for a carb reduced diet and cardio.
I think they are all pretty much the same, ingredients are all similair, and the effects are similair too.
I also think drinking a shit load of water through out the day helps fire up the metabolism too.

yes my diet is reduced carb already and i aim around 1500 cal a day when my meintinence goal is a theoritical 2400 once training is factored in using the BMR formula. I also drink around 3-5 litres a day of water and thats all i drink except green tea at bed time, no coke soft drink coffee normal tea juices or anything else except maxs hydroxyphase with low fat milk now.

3-5 L a day is heaps. You probably spend 90% of your time in the toilet! Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Pepsi Max are all fine too BTW.
As most guys here will tell you, while some of the supplements help to a degree, buildining quality muscle takes time. There's no quick way of getting mass or getting lean.
    Good luck with your endevours!
