    Advice - large supp order

I've been looking at placing my next supp order (thru bulk nutrients). There's a whole bunch of goodies on the site and even with all the research I've done I'd like some advice.

So far, I plan to order:
    (test boosters)
    100g Fenugreek
    200g Trib
    200g Avena Sativa
    1kg GABA

    1kg BCAA
    1kg EAA
    2kg Waxy maize starch
    1kg creatine monohydrate
    1kg Joint Complex
    1kg L-Glutamine
    5kg whey
1 scale - when back in stock

And through the Bioflex site: 500g Biocharge

The total order is about the $650 mark (including biocharge) so I want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff, and the right combinations.

I'm currently cutting however I'll be bulking again soon.
I've been using whey, creatine, and glutamine, I'm ordering them because my stocks are running low.
I plan to mix the fenugreek, trib, and avena sativa in a 1:2:2 ratio (basically I'll chuck the whole lot in a big tub), and have 2.5-5g twice a day - as recommended in another thread/s.

    So my questions are:
    1. Should I swap the WMS for a dextrose/maltodextrin combo?
    2. Should I have some ZMA? I think the current test boost stack is going to have a significant effect on me already, I don't want to over-do it (OD'ing on too many supps, and OD'ing on too much test booster). Also I've heard ZMA is over-hyped.
    3. Is the GABA a good idea?
    4. Should I swap the joint complex for MSM, or glucosamine, or not have any of them?
    5. Should I get a different type of creatine than monohydrate?
    6. Are the amounts I'm getting about right? Am I over-doing or under-doing it on certain products?
    ...Anything else?

    Cheers,
    TheFosta

EAAs b/c I thought they are usually paired with BCAAs - why would you leave them out?

GABA to helps boost test, and also to help with sleep, I've been having sleep problems for a fair while. However, I'm unsure about it (hence question 3) since test should already get a significant boost from the other 3 supps.

Joint support I thought I'd include as 'preventative maintenance'. The individual components of this mix seem to have good reviews on SM. I think it could be a good supp since my body has had a tough time these last two years.

About glucosamine, an ingredient of the Joint support mix:

Gaba will not help increase test.

Even the over counter test boosters will do nothing in regards to increasing test enough to get some decent weightgian or strength

The Fosta, I started answering each of your 6 questions individually, but each one comes down to 'doing your own research' and personal preference.

Do you really want to spend $650 on a bunch of supps? Again, this is personal preference.

Diet is far more important, and IMO no amount of over the counter supp's will make more than a 10% difference to your physique (muscle gain or fat loss). I spend about $80-90 per week on food. 10% of $90 is $9. Therefore, I don't spend more than $9 per week on supp's, as I see this as a waste of my money. But that's just me. I'm sure others will disagree.

Mate as Anthony said above GABA wont help increase Test, it will increase HGH levels though which have numerous benefits on the body... I take GABA purely to help sleep and it is the only thing i have found which helps!

    Thanks all! :)

Anthony - I've seen good reviews about that test boost combo, and while I'm not expecting miracles, I am optimistic there should be some positive effect. I planned to buy it and give it a go, and that way I'll know if it works or not for me. And if it doesn't work, then I've only lost a bit of $$

Gav - Only $90/wk on food? I've calculated my weekly food bill while bulking is around $150-$180 /week...
And I usually don't use much supps, I would also be around the 10% ($15/wk) mark for supp spend. I don't mind spending a large amount of $$ on supps at once since they have a relatively long shelf life - it saves me from buying little amounts more often.
I have done a fair bit of research, but I'm still confused about some things. I'm continuing to research it - part of this is by asking the helpful SM members. And you're right: it comes down to personal preference, which is why I would like to find out what other people on this forum prefer, and I can use that as a starting point instead of not knowing where to start.

Ryan - how effective have you found GABA to be with sleep? Have there been any other effects you've noticed?

I shop around, buy in bulk, look for savings etc. Very rarely does my weekly shopping bill go over $100.

As for the GABA, I use it for sleep too as I often have trouble sleeping (due to shift work). I find it works sometimes, but other times it does not. As for the other supps I'd definitely be keeping the whey protein and creatine mohohydrate, but I'd be questioning whether I needed the others...
