Hey boys,
I scored a free tub of Purple Wraath and have no idea what to do with it bahaha.
I have no experience with pre-workout supps.
I was thinking of having 2 scoops in 1L water.
I would start sipping on the water 15 mins pre-workout and keep on sipping it until workout is over, followed by a large meal pwo.
This the norm?
