    Purple Wraath?

    Hey boys,

    I scored a free tub of Purple Wraath and have no idea what to do with it bahaha.

    I have no experience with pre-workout supps.

    I was thinking of having 2 scoops in 1L water.

    I would start sipping on the water 15 mins pre-workout and keep on sipping it until workout is over, followed by a large meal pwo.

    This the norm?

    I've used it. It's not bad, though it's not a pre-workout supp - it's just EAA's i put one scoop into a 1.5 litre bottle and sip.
    1 scoop is nearly 20grams of EAA's - besides it'll last you longer - the flavour is quite strong mate

    Going by the tub....

    Directions For Controlled Labs Purple Wraath: To assess your individual tolerance, combine 1/2 scoop with 4 oz of water and consume if before, during and/or after your workout. Shake well before drinking.
    Combine 1-2 scoops of Purple Wraath with 6-14 oz. of water, and consume it pre-workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout).
    .

    I'd have one scoop and see how you go then bump it up to 2 if you feel the need.

    use 2 scoops pre intra and post,

    then mix 2 scoops with 1L and sip on it all day,make 4L of it that will last for you all day,
