    Cool supplement/weight loss

    hi,

currently i have been using hydroxy ripped, which A) tastes like crap, and B) is crap.

I am in market for a new product, trying to cut about 15kg's so if it aids in cutting that would be great, or if i should just take some protein instead that is fine too.

have been taking hydroxy 3 times a day in water. I dread the after taste, but still do it anyway. no guts no glory lol.

am doing a protein diet and carbs on the 7th day if that helps in anyway.

so what do you recommend, I don't care about price really, just want the best, or give a few ideas would also help a lot.

    Cheers
    SW

Have a look at the batburner that Clownboy and a few others are testing for Bulk Nutrients. It seems to be working really well. You can buy all the ingredients off their website. But the only draw back is that (as clownboy stated) it tastes like a "sweaty mexicans ass crack" or something along those lines

Im guessing from no carbs your in keto? + a stimulant that will most likely cut some serious weight (weight, not just fat itself). My dilemma would be coming off from both your body is going to hit back... as soon as you eat differently.

Stay on keto, drop the supp, plan it out carefully because after my keto I gained a lot back because it pretty much became intolerant to regular eating if you don't faze it in..

Fuck this will not make sense lol.

Before you consider any supps what does your diet look like?

Supps aren't going to make up for a rubbish diet.

You should be dropping at least .5 - 1kg from your diet + cardio alone per week.

To give you an example, my typical weekly loss has been 1.3kg per week for the past month. This is with a calorie defecit of 800 calories below maintenance, per day, combined with 30 minutes low intensity cardio every day of the week, and 3 x HIIT sessions a week.

By adding in the Bulk Nutrients fat burner, this increased my weekly loss to 1.7kg in the first week, this week is yet to be seen.

my weight loss has been around the 1kg mark each week. usually it is about 1.2 kg but this week was only 600grams as i got a flu bug and whole body ached so i was unable to do anything other then eat and sleep. I still kept my calories to what they should be though.

my actual diet is this, which might help.

morn - 6 egg whites scrambled.
mid morn - 1 scoop hydroxy in 200ml water. 28grams peanuts (non salted)
lunch - half cucumber, 2x tomato, 10 lettuce leaves and roughly 5-8 pieces of 97% fat free meat, either chicken or ham, sometimes mixture of both.
afternoon - same as mid morn
dinner - 200-300g chicken breast, skinless cooked in oven. (cooked on baking paper as it absorbs any oils/ and fats away from meat. 1 cup of mixed vegies.
late night - don't always eat, but if i do it is another shake with 1 banana.

works out to about 1750 calories a day. mon-sat. Sunday is a little more, more like 2150 when i eat carbs, breads and ceral etc. Also if i am going to have a cheat meal i do this on sunday. Daily burn and fitday worked out that i need to have 2400 cal a day to lose weight, so i am under this.

i have been doing weights mon/tues/thurs/fri and cardio every day except sunday. But i think this is too much so i am combining mon/tues weight session on tuesday and leaving thurs fri as is. also not doing cardio on the tues, so i have a break twice a week from cardio.

pretty unfit so my cardio has been a form of HIIT where i run up and down a step in the backyard. or sometimes just straight running. usually cover about 1.6km in 15mins. have done 30mins only once.
today i started on exercise bike, was doing HIIT with it and covered 9km in 20mins, was pretty sweaty afterwards, but not sure my heart rate was high enough, but because i was ill last week not going to push things to hard until i know i am over things.

think that is it. Not sure what keto is :(
might have to look into the bulk nutrients if it is still thought that is the best for me.

    thanks again

Sorry to be harsh but that diet is absolute rubbish.

Check out this article for some ideas on what you should be doing:

Bodybuilding.com - The Diet Solution: A Concise Diet To Lose Fat & Gain Muscle! - Derek Beast Charlebois

I have been on this for 16 weeks and lost 20 kilos so far, strength has remained the same and lean mass has increased. Cheat meal once per week, fruit everyday, can't go wrong!
