Thread: Missing iherb order:

Anyone ever have an iherb order never to arrive?
It's been 1 month today.

The situation is that i split an order up into 2 when i made the order this day last month.
One of them has arrived, the other hasn't.

Nothing that i don't frequently order either.
Vit e, lactase and digestive products.

Order is not trackable and they advise checking with customs (how do i do this?).

Yea i was going to say customs has probably sized it i've had every package i've ordered from iherb inspected by customs, I reckon they need to just make them selves look busy some times so they can stay employed. Even if that means sizing and incinerating an innocent package from time to time. Everyone has herd a story of someone ordering protein powder and it getting sized they must do this.

without a tracking number i dont think it will be possible locating this parcel,unless they have seized it and its on the database,that way you can produce your name and addy and they can look it up,

thats why i NEVER order anything from o/s unless it has tracking,

my order from iherb that recently got customs opened took closer to 5-6 weeks...

Thing is, that other package that i ordered together with this missing one was opened by customs.
Why this one so long?

Will keep waiting.

I'm guessing just to call a customs enquiry number and see if they have anything with my name on it.

interesting. I have just had two separate orders with much more suspicious supplements (but still perfectly legal) that what you have ordered come through customs in the past three days. Both were in customs hands for less than 24hrs. One was opened but nothing taken, and the other is still to be delivered :) hopefully tomorrow.

FYI came today (ordered 10th Feb, only Vitamin D and CoQ10 so nothing sus :)

With no tracking I presume you had it posted via normal post, not courier?

I have had one parcel seized by customs that was sent via post ( only have orders sent by UPS courier now) - order contained an endangered Herb - had to contact Customs in Sydney via multiple phone calls
Rest of order was then posted on to me from Customs - But I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't contacted them as it seemed that my order was just sitting in their "too hard" basket!

Also contacted iherb and they re-credited my account no problems - they have an online help desk where you can chat to an operator live - all personnel that I have had contact with have been extremely helpful

Have had every order since opened by customs - but nothing has ever been confiscated

Every order of mine from iherb always gets opened i even changed address and they still do it, you think they'd have better things to do. good for nothing &@^#$!

I placed an order for some fishoils just last week. Hoping this doesnt happen. Does anyone have any coupon codes for iherb btw? I think i should order some vitamin E as i want to try megadosing...should have thought this one through instead of double paying on shipping :x

I just ordered two packages through their regular mail last week. I arranged them so they were both over $60 so I could get the free postage and 5% discount, fingers crossed they come through okay, I am a bit nervous that they will get lost.

That last package of mine turned up safely.
Took a while though.
Nothing to do with the contents of the package. Everything is legal here in Australia and nothing i havn't ordered before.

Who knows what goes on at customs. They must just forget about it after checking it...

Did they check it? I got some stuff from the US about 6 weeks ago and both packages were inspected. They'd even left a brochure in the package saying it had been opened by customs. My stuff was from eBay and took just over a week. Maybe iHerb are just slow at posting?
