I'm currently cycling OFF creatine and was wondering if anyone knew whether the amount of creatine in NO BETA would warrant me to not use the product during this off-creatine phase. The CEE in NO BETA is one of 6 products in a 7000mg proprietary blend (6-tabs) so i'm guessing it would only be round 1 gram per dose (6 tabs). i'm guessing the answer would be no, no need to not take it, but i would appreciate any advice.
