98.9KG today. I HAVE to get an official <100kg on Monday. Especially since I have a 10km run scheduled for tomorrow and a 30km run for Saturday. Plus weights and stretching on Sunday.

I plan on doing an official weigh in on Monday morning then doign a summary write up in here of my weight loss for the last few months versus the last few weeks. It will give a full picture of how this supp combo worked for me.

Then I will be going down to 1 dose per day (to facilitate more rest), upping my training to race pace work, upping my food to whatever clean food I need to maintain the training and moving into a 2 week peak training phase for Mooloolaba Tri.

This thread will be finished but I hope to make it to Mooloolaba (3 weeks away) still weighing under 99kg but glyciogened up, taught and ready to Kick ASS.

Okay, so here is the wrap up of this thread.

Weight loss has been as follows (starting from the beginning of my current routine - 1st Jan. Official weigh in's are Mondays.

    04/01/10 106.6
    11/01/10 104.9 -1.7
    18/01/10 102.5 -2.4
    25/01/10 105.0 2.5
    01/02/10 104.5 -0.5
    08/02/10 104.3 -0.2

    Avg - 0.46kg/wk

    08/02/10 104.3
    15/02/10 101.9 -2.4
    22/02/10 101.1 -0.8
    01/03/10 100.7 -0.4
    08/03/10 99.8 -0.9

    avg - 1.1kg/wk

I bolded the section where I was on this combo - started 6th Jan. You can see I had my normal loss when I weighed in 2 days after starting on the 8th. The only significant weight loss event prior was the drop on 18th Jan which was due to illness and was followed the following week by the same amount of weight gain.

Weight loss has been slightly higher than before starting the supplement. When I look at earlier spreadsheets as well, since last November - I have lost around 300g or so per week. Since starting the supp, I have been on 1-1.1kg per week. Plus an initial drop of 2.4kg that never came back on.

It was not a miracle supplement - I also dropped by food a little. My 2 main comments are:
1 - The supplement helped as a stimulant. When reducing food in the past - I have had trouble keeping up with a demanding endurance\triathlete training routine. Workout sessions have been affected but were much better when using the supplement.
2 - My weight loss was definitely higher than it would have been with the lower food intake alone.

As said earlier, I am going to continue using this supplement as a Pre-workout stimulant (plus aid to weight loss) over the next 4 weeks. This includes 2 weeks of peak training, 1 week of tapering for the triathlon then 1 week of recovery. Food intake will be fairly high over this time but so will my training - and I hope to maintain 100.9kg or lower at the end of this 4 weeks.

Then I am in for another cut cycle where I will go back to 2 doses a day and cut food again.

Watch out for another thread coming tonight (probably). I need advioce on how much lower to go. A professional I visit has told me I might be aiming too low at 90KG. He is concerned - but I will explain in that thread.

Travel well guys and thanks for all of the input in this thread.

I just started another thread - Conflicting Advice - How much should I be trying to lose? - trying to determine an appropriate weight loss target for this phase.
