Ha! Been there, done that.
Wait until next week and I post up a second week's data. Just to confirm.
Like I said, anythign from 1kg-2.5kg will confirm it is working (for me anyway) as I will have had 2 consecutive weeks of higher than usual weight loss.
My data actually goes back much further and since November - I have not had large amounts of weight loss. Removing the week where I was sick - this is the largest single drop in months.
I am now salivating over hitting double digits. Or even maybe getting close to 95kg before mooloolaba triathlon.
(However I will be stopping the supplement 1-2 weeks before the race and starting to eat a bit more to aid recovery prior to the race.)
Very helpfull thread :)
I was quite interested in this combo that Bioflex has suggested, and after reading this thread i will def be giving it a go as soon as my funds look better :s.
Keep up the great progress ClownBoy it looks like your killing it.
Just an update to say no update until Monday ;)
My daily weigh ins don't show any real droppage (been weighing in at 102.0 most days).
However I was weighing in at 102.5 at this time last week then raked in a 101.9 on the Monday.
Just had a disrupted week due to my parents coming to visit. Keeping it healthy but eating a bit more than usual and missing a couple of training sessions. Still hoping to get to 100.x on Monday.
Looking forward to the updates ClownBoy, things seem to be rolling along well.
I am hedging my bets today - since I am concerned about not getting much loss.
Today was my longrun day.
27km in 3 hours, 16 minutes.
On an empty stomach (start), 3 gels (during) and a bowl of corn flakes and protein shake after. (apple and water for m\tea, chicken and baked beans for lunch, chicken\PB\sandwhich fr A\tea). Fish and Sweet potato coming for dinner.
Plus my 2 doses of supps.
Now if my body works out how to make that maintenance - I am giving up and going home ;)
Today was 101.1.
I probably could have done better without all the concessions of visiting parents but ... second consecutive greater than usual weight loss.
Week 1 - 2.4KG. Week 2 - 0.8KG.
If I stick to it properly this week now my prents are gone - I could hit the 99.x range. I have been waiting for that for a LONG time.
I will keep this thread up for another 3 weeks - until 14th March. My next big race is on 28th March so I will be increasing food for the 2 weeks following and stopping the supp for at least the last week - to clear receptors and encourage some more sleep.
Nice one clownboy
A loss is a loss ;) keep up the good work mate.
I JUST WEIGHED IN AT 99.8KG
HOLY SHIT!
Now - weight measurements dip and rise EVERY DAY. That is why you should always weigh in at the same time of day and same day of the week.
For me, that is Mondays, straight after waking up.
So this is NOT my official weight - however I had hoped to hit 99.9 next Monday (a loss this week of 1.2KG for the week).
And I think it's going to happen.
I am under 100KG!!
Great work Clown, hope the results keep rolling in.
Nice one!
keep up the good work mate =]
Sadly I think this week will end just over 100kg.
I have been feeling really flat and took Friday off work to sleep. Sat morning was training as usual but followed by today in bed. All 3 days had a small increase in food.
I will still drop in weight because it wasn't all that bad but don't expect double digits.
The cause for all this is me falling into the usual high caffeine supp trap. When I missed sleep I just kept training as normal instead of skipping a session to rest. It kind of snuck up.
Sure enough 100.7.
I lost 0.4kg instead of the desired 1.2.
It was necessary as I needed the rest over the last few days as well as the extra food (all good quality food).
Will have to settle for officially going under 100kg next week.
On the upside - I get to register for another of my A events today - Gld Coast half.
a loss is still a loss :)
eat up and get some rest mate, you'll be back into it in no time ;)
That's what I did.
Tried to get into it again today but it rained! Did gym instead.
