It really depends, by ''small'' and ''big'' do you mean by weight or size?

Postage really depends on the weight of the item(s).

Also use the code ^ to save $$$

There are some ingredients in I-Herb products that are either controlled or banned, like Yohimbe for example, so importing products like that may cause you grief.

Package foods, like chocolates, are generally not an issue. I used to travel a lot and would bring back crates of macadamia nut chocolates as gifts; declare them, and I had no issue.

One aspect of ordering though is the the "three month rule". Some over-zealous customs agents have applied the three month rule that's imposed on prescription items to vitamins and mineral supps. Stupid in my view, but it has happened. I tend to restrict my purchases to a max of three of any one item and I've had no problems in a dozen or so orders.

Well by the look of it there won't be soon unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for them. On the news the other night it was saying it's been a shithouse season and one warehouse was broken into and 8 pallets of them were stolen. I saw it on the news a couple of nights ago.....weird but true.
