Hi,
just thought I would post my experience. I starting taking Resveratrol before I train as I watch ACA and it said that it increased you cardio vascular training output.
i thought it may be a load of shit but nevertheless i gave it a try. I can honestly say that my ability to train at high intensity levels has increased dramatically. I can train harder and for longer than i ever have before.
I am sure you will be impressed if you give it a try.
