Train how you plan to race.
I choose based on what's in it, and in what quantity.
For me? Swisse Multi with Minerals is the best on the market.
I've used Now's 'ADAM' in the past which was decent and at the moment AST's 'Multi Pro 32x' which I am quite happy with.
There are a lot of factors to look for in multivitamins such as the form the ingredients come in which dictates their bio-availiabilty, the delivery mechanism of the tablet/capsule, extras such as antioxidants etc as well as the amount of the more 'expensive' ingredients as opposed to the cheap 'fillers'.
What is your budget?
Swisse does seem to be quiet good with all the extras such as CoQ10 etc.
Do you guys use the 'Ultivite' formulation?
Cheers.
Hey Mate,
Agree with above, Swisse Ultivite for Men is multi V of choice for me.
Same here, Swisse Ultivite. Check out chemist warehouse, last time I brought them they had a 3 pack (6 months supply) with a big discount.
Animal Pak and Bioceuticals multi for me.
+1 swisse here
Swisse for me, but will give Now Special One a go next.

Trying a new brand today - Nature's Care Super Multivitamin + Fat Metboliser.
Basically contains a formulation of vitamins & minerals with added green tea & L-carnitine.

There is a brand called Usana, they get voted the best by independent lab tests - high $$ but probably worth it.

I think i will give swisse a try next judging by the majority of replys.
