I've been following this for some time..... saw a packet of tablets today: 1 tab = 146 glasses of wine..... something inside of me thought drinking them would be better. :)

All the anti-ageing sites I subscribe to have been singing its praises for some time. Some of the research is very compelling.

Hmm...I've heard (i think on the mercola website) that the reservatrol in red wine is far more biologically available to the body and the alcohol helps the body absorb it. I'm always concerned about separating out an antioxidant/vitamin/mineral from the food that delivers it.

Been on the stuff for a long time now. Like most things, western science and medicine is slow on the uptake.

Resveratrol has been one of my mainstays for some time. Love the stuff and swear by it.

It's the one I find most effective mate. I've used a few. There's resveratrol and then there's "resveratrol". Have a look at the research on VRP (the link I gave you).

BD, how does this one compare for ingredients? Seems on par with VRP's?

Take2 - that one looks pretty good!

I get mine quite cheaply from VRP's sister company, but may have to look into the one you linked - I like the fact that it has EGCG in it too.

Yes. And the price/cap seems very competitive. I just did a quick order check and postage was $15 for 4 bottles.

Definately an interesting product, given it's a transdermal. Like so many products, I'd like to do proper testing.

I saw a piece on this on What's Good For You (I think) about this guy that is producing high Resveratrol wine or something. Hmm need a memory enhancer lol. They compared regular wine and his and found it to be similar and also compared with dark chocolate and said that was a good source of antioxidantsfor kids.

I was disappointed to learn that eating red grapes (as I've started to lately) doesn't give you an effective quantity. I don't like wine so I wonder if grape juice would be of similar use? Has anyone tried Resveratrol Max and did you feel it was effective?

Just found this cheap one. It's trans too. http://www.vitaminme.com.au/site/pag...FUcwpAod80sj2w
