Can you confirm your suggested dosage, by my reading its 6 tabs 1st in the morning and 6 prior to training?
As I train 1st thing in the morning is there any need to take later in the day also?
And what about if training 2wice a day, just 6 prior to each workout?
and non training days?

I am waiting on Supp Direct to respond^^ but i think I will be having 6tabs at least before each workout, this amount was ample for the biceps contest, Ill wait to see how effects differ over longer useage period.
i will have my last meal at 4 pm (Proflex and an Apple).

The dosage is pretty much all up to you and how you feel will make the product works best. You could try 3 in the morning, then 6 prior to workout. But since you train first thing in the morning, I'd probably just go with 6+ before your training. There shouldn't be any need to take it after your training if you train in the morning or on non workout days.

What about on days when HIIT and cardio will be performed, i have read that NO may be detrimental to cardio vascualar endureance as it concertrates on pushing blood into the muscles rather than allowing for maximum circluation?

Got mine today, postage was very fast yet again.
I have the same question, how many to take and when exactly? I train in the evening usually around 8pm. I have dinner about 5:30pm-6pm as I have young kids. I'm 108kgs and usually need to take a little more the the "recommended dose".
Reading the bottle it says "NO-Beta should be stacked with both QuickPro and AminoX8". Looking on the Double T site they don't have any info on either, and there's nothing on any other sites either.
I'll get my log up and running and start posting next week.
I have taken 5 tablets and im 104KG. Really tired and unmotivated, but that seems to do the trick. Try with 5 and see how you go, then maybe 6.

I hover around the 100k mark, and have no issue with 6, even 6 twice a day (morning & pre wo), i am pretty sure Quick pro and X8 are a protien blend and a BCAA blend, could be incorrect here though.
Interested in the 'suggested' effects on cardio workouts though.
As with any sup its just got to give you that little kick, i think so many lifters and gym rats are expecting CRAZY ness from these PreWO supps.

I haven't done any research on this one so I couldn't tell you for certain. However if your doing weights prior to HIIT/cardio then I don't see any major issues with that. Ultimately you should do your own testing and see if it affects you personally then make a decision on that. However from my personal experience I haven't had any issues with taking NO supps before training on days with HIIT/cardio.
10-15 mins before training should suffice, there is not a specific timeframe set in stone as absorption varies from individual to individual. Dosage wise I'd go a minimum of 6 but if you usually take more then perhaps 8 will do.
QuickPro is a protein blend and AminoX8 I would assume to be an amino acid blend. Both are not released in the market yet.
