Are the stated prices inclusive of postage? If not, What are the postage costs?

no mate, postage is extra. $10 for express, about $6 for normal.....
obviously if someone bought heaps i'd chuck in the postage for free.
I tried to get a quantity discount from my pharmacist but he wasnt interested. i dont think he's making much on these as it is. He makes them just for me.....
I am off to run searches as I have heard you talk of R-ALA but I haven't heard of DIM?
