Thats where the claim of RNA repair and synthesis comes from. So basically you are giving your body more of the raw material to make/repair RNA. This should aid in recovery from exercise as new proteins/muscle fibers are made.
Creatinine Phosphate aids in your body making ATP. Creatine aids in the production of this by giving a phosphate group to ADP to make ATP. This allows your body to do more work or produce more force. This is why you take creatine preworkout.
The more 6-mu you get the better. I beleive 3g two to three times a day is the optimal use of this. The PCn I think just 3g a day will do you fine. Im sure you body has a saturation amount of creatine that cannot be exceeded by PCn"
"Personally, I would not ingest this stuff, it is your choice but I would not advise ingesting whole gram amounts of nucleotides, the thought of potential mispairings at the DNA/RNA level is a possibility I believe. However there are some who believe it to be perfectly safe, I would not ingest whole gram amounts of this nucleotide analog form that your body is not use to seeing. I really haven't looked at this stuff for over a year, so maybe since then theres been some other post to show this stuff is perfectly safe but I would feel bad if I did not mention the concerns I had."
