Hey guys I have found a place in sydney that sells egg whites in a box.....

Which is good for us BB

they sell them in every Woolworths across WA

Oh ok well they don't do that here wish they did that here in sydney

I had to find them in a protein store

I think someone on here said you can get them through Pace Farms if you contact them directly.

anyone use them??? what are they like??

Although an egg would not be an egg without a yolk :P

Would be great for competition prep.

i wouldnt buy them.
rather use fresh eggs
if you dont want the yorks chuck them
just reminder there are more nutrition in the york than just fat and colesterol

The 10kg frozen egg whites from Pace Farms are $30. Just rock up to a distribution center in the morning and someone will help you out. If you aren't getting these into your diet you are missing out big time!
