I will be making some event changes for Australia Day ..the main reason behind the changes is due to time management as we now have 12 Athletes and I want to finish the event in 3 1/2 hours (to hold a crowd)
These events are easy to reset and the event should flow freely with approx 15 to 20 mins rest between events.
These are the following events -
Circus Dumbell 72kg - Clean and press each rep. Max reps each arm in 75 secs.
Wheel Barrow - 800kg @ 240 Handles 25 metres 75 sec time limit.
Deadlift reps 290kg (100 mm below the knees ) Suits / Straps /Knee wraps o.k.
Caber Toss 17 '6" @ 120 pound 3 attempts each.
Cannon barrel carry for max distance - I will check weight tommorow.
Stones 110 - 118 - 130 - 142 - 164 - to 1200mm
