Curiously I had an aura done about 4 years ago and it was entirely red, as in no other colour at all. The lady who took the shot looked scared of me! Im a very peaceful bloke and had no anger in the slightest, so I chose to intepret it as sexual energy since I was with my lady at the time

Good post robsled. And my reply is not aimed towards you but is general.

In my experience it is often the more peaceful people that are the angriest on the inside. Not showing anger to or towards others is not a sign you are not angry.

To express one's feelings is important. The question to ask is perhaps not whether to express them or not, but rather to understand where they come from. It is this understanding, and the resulting self-acceptance, that gives us a true opportunity of changing something within us that cause us pain.

And the funny thing is that often we are oblivious of the pain because we have known it for so long. It can be a lack of confidence, depression, jealousy, feeling of inadequacy, feeling disconnected etc. They are all painful. And they all come from somewhere. By understanding what this 'somewhere' is, we can change, and re-invent ourselves.

Most Mind, Body, Spirit-like festivals or exhibitions have one of these machines. I am sure if you Google it you will find there are quite a few around.

Check this out: what color is your aura?
I see my in red and blue pastel colour.
    RED
Red signifies the choleric temperament. Red is generally taken to be the color of life, of the glowing sun and of fire. Love and joy, rage and anger are the polar values of the color red. Red is said to make the blood boil, to increase the pulse rate, to raise the blood pressure and the rate of breathing. Red is also the color of desire. The sexual urge, the impulses and general vigor of individuals are attributed to the color red. Red generally supports the circulatory functions and is applied with success to combat anaemia, asthma, diseases of the larynx, certain skin diseases and chronic coughs.

In your case, robsled, it doesn't have to be rage and anger. LOVE & JOY more like it.......
