    Motivational Quotes

I know a lot of these a cheesy. I like them anyway and a lot of them work for me.

-The closer you are to failure, the closer you are to victory, it all depends on how closely you walk the line

-Success in anything seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes but don't quit. They hang on after others have let go

    -Champions Train Losers Complain

-You want results , then train like it

-A smooth sea never made a skilled mariner.

-We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore,
is not an act but a habit.

-Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.

-While others are dreaming of success, winners wake up and work hard to achieve it

From 10,000 BC - possibly the worst movie ever. This was the best part of it. Well, this and Steven Strait running around in the jungle without a shirt on.

“A good man draws a circle around him, and in it he cares for his family, his wife and children. A great man draws a larger circle including his brothers, his friends, and protects them as he would his family. But then there is the rare man who has a special destiny. His circle extends beyond boundaries to include the world of innocents who lack the will to defend themselves.”

"Follow your dreams, you can reach your goals, I'm living proof!" - Eric Cartman.

Seriously tho, one i use a lot is "A winner never quits and a quitter never wins".
    Eat first... ask questions later.

This one is not so much a 'motivational' quote - but still a quote to keep you on track and focussed when workmates/family/friends have a go at you for training religously and eating your chicken, brown rice and steamed broccoli at 10am and refer to your 'obsession' with health and fitness.

"Obsessed is a word the weak use to describe the dedicated"

    My favorite....

The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.
    Muhammad Ali

"Staying in your comfort Zone is how you got that way in the first place."

This is what my trainer Dog always told me when i began slacking in the early stages of my return to training. Worked for me.

Discipline is just about choosing between what you want now and what you want the most.
