Not sure why you think he had no water. It says that he was hungry. My opinion is if he didn't have water it would have said he was thirsty which it doesn't. Thirst is more painful than hunger. I actually know someone personally that went for 41 days without food but only water. I tell you what, this guy lost a few pounds.
It doesn't matter where you're coming from. What matters is where you're going.
Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new
I know what I believe. I will continue to articulate what I believe and what I believe — I believe what I believe is right
Sorry Rix but this has been bugging me for a while and I'm not sure I get it: how is this a motivational quote? I understand what it means and makes sense but motivational?![]()

"If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you've always got"
this keeps me going whenever i feel like i'm stuck
this isn't motivational to anyone else but me.
"you're better suited to a job at a lower level"
- my ex boss before he retrenched me
i'm now in a position at the level he was at. f**k him.
Shoot me right now, kinder by far. Or run me down in a big shiny car.
There's plenty of room at the top. It's the bottom that is crowded.
here's a few...
" Do not lower your goals to the level of your abilities. Instead, raise your abilities to the height of your goals."
" Be passionate for the cause you live for and success will embrace you."
" If you have a great ambition, take as big a step as possible in the direction of fulfilling it."
i like this one though:
" You have one thing in common with all successful people - "24 HOURS A DAY". It’s how you use them that makes all the difference."
