When placing an order, there are some things that make our lives easier:
Put a daytime contact number in your account
I love to provide same day shipping... It gives me a thrill (cheap hey?) but we review every order that comes into the place before you are billed. WHY? Because that's part of the service... I think, why would someone ordering keto sticks want a carb laden protein bar? OR
Sometimes we get a run on a particular product and we become out of stock but I could offer you a similar or better alternative....
How can I do this if you give me a home number and you're never there during business hours?
I promise, we won't telemarket you... I hate telemarketers too.
Don't put in bogus orders
You know the internet has been around for ages along with shopping carts, so don't muck around placing orders that you never intend to buy and hang up in my hear when I ring you to clarify your order
Put daytime email addresses in your shopping cart account and make sure your email account is not full
Now I know there is a legitimate reason to avoid spam but the shopping cart and forum are separate systems. When we have a news flash or something interesting to say we mail the forum email address.
The only thing that gets sent to the email address in your shopping cart account is a credit card receipt. :)
Picking up from our warehouse
To be honest this severly cramps my lifestyleWe are an online company... and the benefit is that I never have to put on makeup or look presentable if I never have to see you in person ;) plus I train alot. That means I can stay smelly too!
But the business reason, if you must know, is that this way we don't have to pay people to answer the phone or be present all the time in anticipation that you may phone or visit... keeps prices down and soon we will have enough in the bank account to pay for my coffee. I do make some exceptions... if I am feeling benevolent.
Phone Orders
I don't have a sexy voice. Sometimes I sound like a downright hag... assuming I am available to pick the phone up. Now I know phone orders are really handy ("While I've got you, can I just...").
But there's this thing I learnt from my days in corporate called streamlined business processes . Bloody marvellous things.
One way to get them is to not handle data more than once... ie you type it in and you do the work and I don't have to touch it... much. This means while you're beavering away ordering loads of stuff, I can be doing other important stuff... and when you're done, hey presto I have a pick n pack list!
I dont have a Credit Card - Can I buy from you still?
Sure. We accept Cheques, Money Orders, and Direct Deposits. See this page http://www.sizematters.com.au/fax_order.php for different ways to pay and please follow the instructions.
Discounts on already reasonable prices
We aren't out to rip you off... just trying to survive. Now here's a big hint: Repeat customers are valuable ones... and are rewarded. It may not always be a discount... but we get samples and promotional products from time to time and we love to share :D So I know $150 is alot of cash to spend on supplements but our margins aint that high... but spend that money regularly with us and we will try to make you love us more :D
One smart dude last year consistently placed big orders (over $500) by ordering for his mates as well. Apart from getting a modest fiscal reward, he got a really nice booty at Christmas time. :)
