Summation:

ASN Nano Creatine - having almost finished my AST Micronised creatine, the ASN Nano creatine is definitely more refined. Infact, my AST was almost in 'chunks' of micronised creatine, wasnt impressed. ASN Nano is the best Ive tried.

Max Muscle - yummmy vanilla. First time Ive had a shake with water lastnight and although Im still not a fan, it was pretty darn good! Good shake to ween me off having milk for my upcoming keto'ing.

ASN HP-100 - didnt think it smelt that bad, but it was nothing compared to the taste. Lets hope I get used to it soon so I can have it with water. Bummer I ordered a day before the Vanilla became in store.

My AST Micronized L-Glutamine had the same problem! In little chunks and didnt dissolve well at all!! Not cool.

I now use the Bronx, it is much better.

Hey Rossana just got my first order two days. Great service. I ordered some gear from NSW BB supplies and they said I would have it next day. rang a week later and they still hadn't sent it. I have a mail order business myself and can appreciate good service. <www.zpower.com.au> Does Aussie post pick up for you and do you keep most of the stock on hand. It's ok I sell motorcycle parts not BB gear. Am back at Gym after 10 year lay off. Got sick. Had a doulble lung transplant in 2000 and now back with a vengance. Get them NEW lungs pumping. Missed gym today can't wait to get back tomorrow. Sad isn't it. oh well gets me away from the kids. see ya

No not sad at all... I have a husband who virtually jumped for joy when he got back into it after only 1 weeks rest from the comp!
