ok i am about to order some product from the net. since i ve been on this forum i ve just see people buying from www.1fast400.com, I was checking the prices on www.bodybuilding.com they are the same as 1fast400.com but i've notice shipping on www.bodybuilding.com is much cheaper. but maybe its way slower to arrive? plz any opinion, which one is better to buy of?
1FAST400 was great to deal with ! cheap, big range and quick! 5 days! not bad at all

I've ordered from both... BB.com is cheaper in total, but mike from 1fast400 is great to deal with....Usually I get things through pretty quick. but my last order from BB.com took 1 month to get to me... thanks to customs!

Protein can add to the shipping coss quite a lot, in particular if you use courier service.
has anyone tried ebay.com they have got plenty and cheaper shipping?
