Angry If You Haven't Received Your Order

    Hi all,
We try to ship promptly. Most times we do. And we rarely get things wrong too.

So if your order doesn't arrive in the time frame you are normally accustomed to, please email orders@sizematters.com.au

HOWEVER PLEASE CHECK AT THE PARCEL COLLECTION COUNTER AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TOO! The reason I ask this of you is that the people who actually deliver parcels and express post on behalf of Australia Post are actually independant contractors. In 99% of cases where parcels are late, the item was delivered the next day or well within the Aust Post delivery time frame and had been sitting at the post office awaiting collection.

They will attempt delivery but often don't put a notice in your letter box. However Angus once told me that he watched the Aust Post contractor from his window but this time he didn't even attempt delivery.... ie ring the doorbell. No, that would have meant taking the stairs! This guy actually just wrote out a slip immediately, shoved it in the post box and just drove away!

I know this is not ideal but let's just face the reality of who we are dealing with here - the government. My regular conversations with their customer service officers reiterates that most of them are f**king drones.... there was one guy in South Australia I dealt with once who actually showed initiative.... I bet he's gone to private enterprise now.

    Thanks :)

You have absolutly no idea how much that pisses me off. EVERY SINGLE FARKIN package that gets delivered to my house that occurs. EVERY ONE. I have watched them do it. They pull up, right a slip, put it in the mailbox and drive off. The time I watched them I made sure. What I did was put loud music on so you could hear it coming from the house, had my car in the drive AND I had the front door open and STILL the prick drove off.

They won't do anything. My elderly mother lives with me, & it's very rare for her not to be home during the day, & she has pointed this out to Australia Post in the past, to no avail.

    They just don't care.

They said it's not up to them, its up to the delivery service. Honestly whats the point of paying for Express post if you have to go to the post office and pick the shit up :(

Next time I know I am receiving a package I am going to sit in my window and wait then when the guy goes to right a receipt I am going to run out and kick his ass, well mabye yell and scream as I dont want to be arrested.

Depends on the size and what part of WA - it's a big state you know.
Parcels around 4-5 working days to metro areas but often it's quicker, sometimes it's slower.
Smaller stuff goes satchel which can be there in a day or two

I always get mine on time in Brissy :) never more than two days. Any delay has been due to the courier rather than SM. Then it was a whole 3 days instead of 2.

Writing a note straight away is better than what happened to me a few months ago, i live on a main road and rather than either a) leaving a note for collection, or b) knocking on the front door and delivering the package like he's supposed to, the guy left $400 worth of records resting up against the letter box! Luckily i was looking out the window and saw it cause with the number of people going by at that time (7am, school kids & work drones all over the place) it would surely have been nicked.
