I took a shaker of the Creatine Extreme to work today, thought I'd sip on it throughout the day. Damn, it lasted about 10minutes. Tasted awesome.

If no-one else wants it I'll buy it.

And the Banana Scream protein tastes great. Even my wife is going to drink it this time. she finds the choc too sweet. Wimp!

AdrenoL8 is actually a very good product... I was a bit skeptical at first, as I am with all pre-workout formulas, but its done well to surpass my expectations... And for the Crazy price of $25, you really can't go wrong...
Doesn't have the 'kick' that a lot of pre-workout supps have, which is actually a good thing in my eyes as that assures me its not just an expensive caffine hit...
It's very easy on the stomach, and is actually reasonably tasty...
To be brutally honest, it hasn't grown on me enough to want to pay full price for it, but there aren't many (if any) pre-workout supps that have in the past either... But at this price, I may well be looking for another tub to keep in the cupboard...

I just bought 2 adrenol8 as the price was too good to refuse but then I remembered it's use by april. I probably won't get through it til june haha. Hope it's still effective by then. What do you reckon? I'll sell one if no good.

I have asked the manufacterer about the use by date they inform me that they are still good for another 3 months past the use by date so do not stress they still have about 30 days on them anyway as it's the end of 4/10, just store the remaining tub in a cool dry place.
