It’s a small white pill about the size of 2 tic-tacs and it tastes like a Fisherman’s Friend, just not as strong. There is a slight aniseed taste as well. You could suck these tablets all day without a problem.

Results/Affects

I must admit it did give energy and focus. I don’t’ drink coffee and have never had any issues with caffeine. I did feel a kick to the system which kept me going. I’ve read a few reviews on other bodybuilding forums and the results have all been favourable.

I took two one day to see how I’d go. Didn’t notice “twice” the affect, and after 5 minutes one tablet feel out of my mouth doing curls. There goes that idea.

I’ve never been a huge fan of a pre-workout NO drink. Feeling full after having protein and NO can make me feel uneasy at times, and there are also timing issues I’ve seen with many members, with some complaining of having to make a quick stop to the toilet after their pre-workout drinks. That’ll never happen with this nice little tablet.

For those who are sensitive to caffeine you may want to avoid this product, for those who aren’t I think it’s a great product and will definitely be buying it when Pump Nutrition gets it in stock.
