I would like to publicly thank Pump nutrition for the great service and his response to what I believe was just a simple website glitch.
I PM'ed pump last week, concerned that I didn't get a confirmation email (from the sounds of things - pump did not recieve any notification either) from the site after I placed & paid for an order online - which I found a little odd.
After several PM's, I recieved a call and telling that my order and payment had been processed and apologised - offering some freebies to make up for the mix up. (which I felt was unwarranted but very much appreciated)
It's very refreshing to see a business owner to take up ownership and responsibility over the matters of their business.
