    New Test Trial Methyl 1D & Slin

    New test trial lg sciences

    I am going to need 3 volunteers for a test trial of LG Sciences Methyl 1D, and Slin

    {Take two has already qualified for the trial}

    Now the Methyl 1D is the old version but it is still effective and it's my number one seller this product is to be taken 3 caps a day with meals.

    Slin is an Insulin Potentiator and is only effective when taken straight after training with a good serving of carbs. Serving has to be taken straight after training wait adleast 20 min and have your Rice & Chickenbreast or if you going to have a Protein shake after training, ingest adleast 4 caps.

    YOU HAVE TO WAIT ADLEAST 20 MIN THEN HAVE YOUR SHAKE AND IT NEEDS TO HAVE ADLEAST 40-50gr of CARBS IN IT TO BE EFFECTIVE OR ELSE IT WILL NOT WORK

    Got mine today, thanks. Will start tomorrow.

    So just to clarify:
    The 1D - 3 caps ED with meals. The bottle says 1-2 with meals, but you're saying 1 with each meal will be ok?
    The Slin - Take immediately after training, take 4 caps. Wait 20 minutes for post-workout shake, include 40-50g of carbs with shake?

    Do I have that right?

    I'll keep a detailed log and post initial response and then weekly if that's ok.

    Depending on how much you weigh 4 a day if you are over 90kg 3 a day with meals if you are under.

    With the Slin Timing IS VERY IMPORTANT so to all the guys that trying this supp it has to be done this way

    Then when finished training take 4 caps (I'm 90.4kgs).
    Wait 20 mins then protien shake with 40-50g carbs.
    Wait 1 hr, eat meal.

    Or should I stop the BCAA's for the trial?

    Then follow your instructions as you have said

    That's perfect Slin should work for you

    Mate, after I swapped several PMs with Pump, that's how I understand it to go.

    I'm keeping the aminos during training which was supported by PN.

    Cool, mine arrived today. I'm fairly clear on how to take both supps. 1D is straight up 3 caps per day with a meal.

    Re: Slin this is my supp routine ATM:

    During workout: 1 Scoop 8 Beta Anabol + 10g BCAA in water.

    Immediately after: 10G L Glutamine + 10G BCAA + 5G Creatine Ethyl Ester in water.

    ~30 mins post workout: 50G WPI in water.

    So I understand that I'll take 4 caps of Slin immediately after my workout. The only change I think I need to make to my routine is too add 40-50g's of carbs to my WPI shake. What carb source should I use? I currently don't have any carb supplement's. Should I just get some cheap glucose from the supermarket?
