I finished the 5 week trial on Monday (that is how long the supp supply lasted). It also coincides with the end of a bulking phase (14 weeks in total).
My starting weight for the bulk was 88.8 kgs @ 13.5% BF.
By the time I started the SLIN/Methyl trial I was 92.0 kgs @ 15% BF.
I finished the trial at 94.2 kgs @ 15% BF.
Over the entire period I have put on 3.3 kgs of muscle and 2.1 kgs of fat.
Surprisingly 1.9kgs of muscle and 0.3kgs of fat came in the last 5 weeks.
Looking back at my training stats (yes I graphed progress), I did notice strength gains in the first couple of weeks after starting the trial, especially on my back and chest. This was after big gains in the first 9 weeks of the trial.
Would I use it again? Yes and tomorrow.
PS. I have detailed records of all my training sessions back to July and partial records since Dec 08. I recorded my weight daily since Feb.
I use a pair of bf calipers and am using the waist measurement for reference. I measured it each morning, straight out of bed, during the trial. This gave me the change in fat am I assumed the rest of the gain was muscle.
I also own a set of scales with bf calculation, but I got weird readings, especially when taking creatine so I don't trust these.
